To the Management of Mosman Club.

We just want to thank you so much for the use of the auditorium last night for our Headland Preservation Group public meeting. The auditorium is very comfortable and was a wonderful venue with over 200 people in attendance. Its facilities are first class with computer access, screen, lectern, tables and refreshment area.

Your staff were outstanding, Lyn Ballard and the Duty Manager could not have been more helpful. A large group of us went upstairs after the meeting to dine. The food and service were also excellent.

Your staff and venue were very much appreciated. I have recently joined the club and I am very glad I did so!

There were lots of positive comments regarding how great the Harbourview Room is, viewing the Sunset, and the City Skyline at night, all capped off with the fireworks on the harbour.

Some particular high points for us and our guests included:

  • Helpful advice prior to the function
  • Smooth and efficient service by Lyn and her kitchen and function staff – took the stress out of the evening
  • Very high quality finger food
  • Flexibility in finding solutions to individual challenges and situations
  • Good house sound system and screen/data projector – presentations were very effective
  • Helpfulness of function staff during bump out at the end of the evening.
  • Very good value for money given the facilities, location, catering, bar service, quality of the venue, and access to public transport

In reflection, we would highly recommend the venue, Lyn and her staff for any similar function
